Shipping 

Current preferred carrier is USPS.

Orders under $100 will be charged a flat rate of $4.00 and will be shipped out USPS

Order’s over $100 are based on weight, please reach out with any questions

Currently we do not offer return labels or offer free returns. The shipping of a return is at the expense of the customer. Please view our returns policy for more information 

If a customer enters shipping details incorrectly and the item is returned to Grooves&Grain, the customer will be charged for shipping the item out a second time. Please check your address very carefully.

Please allow up to 48 hours for your order to be fulfilled.  USPS delivery standard is 2-3 business days 

TRACKING

Tracking information is emailed when the order is shipped.  If you fail to receive this email please contact us for updates! 

International

Currently our website is not set up for international orders.
